Waffle Maker Extended WarrantyApr 12, 2011
By Waffler We seldom pay for extended warranty services since the premiums seldom justify the costs. This time we decided to go with SureTrade because their fees were relatively low and we knew that this waffle maker would get heavy use. As it turned out, approximately two months before the end of the warranty protection our waffle maker fell apart. We simply went on the SureTrade web site, verified our warranty period, described the problem. I'm pleased to report that within three days we received post paid delivery label, with return instructions. We then shipped the wounded appliance off and received full reimbursement within a week of filling the claim.
In brief, we would highly recommend SureTrade. In fact we were so happy with their service that we've insured our new iPads.

By Bernie B Refrigerator stopped working on the weekend, could not reach anybody by phone or email When we finally did, we were given the option of arraging the service call ourselves or waiting a minimum of 2-3 day for SqTr to take care of it We arrange the call orselves....still waiting for reimburement Jury still out on whether it is worth it

By joezmi Completely satisfied with results except for how long it took to process. It was close to 10 days after faxing info in before they even acknowledged receiving it. Other than that it was great.

Microwave warranty claim experience was GREAT!Jun 04, 2011
By Steven W. Lipps 15 months following the purchase of a new GE microwave oven, I began experiencing intermittent but frequent issues with the unit. Like, the oven would not turn off without unplugging the unit!! SquareTrade to the rescue. The claim was handled quickly and efficiently. The only negative for me is that I would have rather had service on the unit rather than a refund of the purchase price. But, I will use the money to purchase a new microwave or pay for a service call. Will certainly buy SquareTrade warranties in the future.
